Cebu, Philippines - Filipino actor was shooting for a British film in the streets of Cebu when he was allegedly shot by a watchman after taking a scene in a masked man riding a bicycle. Watchman Eddie Cuizon was now in the custody of the police for violating the Gun Ban law. It was supposed to be the final take of a scene where Abella's character was to be involved in a drive-by shooting, the police chief said. Abella died later in a hospital and Cuizon immediately surrendered to the police after he realized what happened, police said.
